Raised cholesterol
- Life Cover, Critical Illness and TPD – Quotes are possible at standard rates, with increased premiums or we may not be able to provide a quote.
There are some rules that apply across all applicants with raised cholesterol – that would result in HSBC Life not being able to offer Life Cover, Critical Illness or TPD at the current time. Such as:
- Outstanding investigations or referrals with a cardiologist or other medical professional
- If they have any problems with your kidneys or eyes; or an abnormal ECG
- If they have associated cardiovascular complications, such as a history of heart attack, angina or stroke – this list is not exhaustive.
This is a general guide and is not a guarantee of acceptance.
